I'm white, but my cousin (and best friend) is black and has dyed auburn hair, so I, usually without thinking about it, end up giving them auburn or dark brown (her natural color) hair because I think she's really pretty... Is this offensive?

i mean ofc not! if it’s based off of a person you know or a reference model, that’s totally fine. but i mean like ppl who always draw ppl/make sims that are dark/medium skinned and they always have brown hair and blue eyes or blond hair and blue eyes 💀💀 like just having black hair and brown eyes is a common trait for black ppl. i just think more nonblack artists/ simmers who make black sims shouldn’t be afraid to have them look like a black person rather than an exotic caricature 😅
